BuddyPress.org

For some years now, I’ve used different user management plugins and I have some custom WordPress fields. I’m no longer using any of them and decided to go for BuddyPress but after installing BuddyPress, I was expecting the sync option to copy these fields to Xprofile but it didn’t.

I have a lot of users and I’m not sure creating these fields all over again using extended profile is the best option.

Is there a way to sync these wp fields (facebook, twitter, google+ website, author bio) to buddypress extended profile?

I’m using the latest version of Buddypress and WordPress.

Any help will be appreciated.
