Stop BuddyPress directing users to generic WP pages

Is there a way to stop users being directed to standard WP pages in the following instances:
1. When they try to reset their password and enter an incorrect username or email. At present they are redirected from: http://www.complete-models.com/lost-password/ to: http://www.complete-models.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
2. When they try to login to my website using the widget and fail they get directed to: http://www.complete-models.com/wp-login.php
