Incorrect Buddypress Numbers Vs RTMedia Numbers

    Somehow my members numbers are completely different, I seemed to have lost members. It may have been with a plugin. However in MYSQL my rtmedia database shows the members are still here but my user numbers do not reflect on my site on the admin side or anywhere. The plugins show completely different numbers. The Rtmedia summary on the dashboard reflects the correct total of members with media but not the correct total of members. I’ve already did the recount in buddypress settings to no avail. I’ve added other plugins like buddypress activate, that didn’t work either. I’m at a loss. Can someone offer any insight on how to relink my members to my site?

    Try visiting this link inside your site /wp-admin/tools.php?page=bp-tools and recalculate members number.
    Also the difference might be in the way plugins are counting – with or without activated users, with or without spam users etc.
