display xprofile fields in sidebar ?

    Hello, I was wondering how to fetch and display buddypress xprofile fields for each member in a sidebar widget or sidebar hook on their member profile page instead of under the profile tab?
    I know I can use the bp_get_profile_field_data But I´m not sure exactly how to implement this. I´m a novice with php.
