How can I delete comment from all pages templates of budypress?

You should be able to view and delete page comments in the WordPress admin area.

I mean the comments and comments form on the pages of budypress.

For example member page.

Check out the Template Hierarchy article. It will show you how to set up templates for BuddyPress. You can then remove the comment section and comment form from the page(s) you want.
