Inserting Custom Shortcode On Members Page Only works on Page Load

I have inserted shortcode on the members pages to display BadgeOS Earned Achievments along with the data buddypress retrieves. It works when the page is loaded, but when a new sorting option or pagination is triggered the shortocde itself displays. If I refresh the page in the browser the shortcode displays properly again. Any idea what could be causing this?
