User menu broken: WP 4.5.3, BP 2.6.0

Hello,
Upon updating my site (https://community.acue.org/) to WP 4.5.3 and BuddyPress 2.6.0, the user menu broke (must be logged in to see). The entries for the menu under Dashboard > Appearance > Menus are all still in tact (Profile, Notifications, Settings, Log Out), but the menu itself only shows two options (m, Log Out). The m item points to https://community.acue.org/m, which throws a 404 upon click.
I’ve determined that it’s the plugin/WordPress incompatibility due to the timing of the issue with my updates as well as comparing to a staging site with different versions. I’ve cleared my cache multiple times and republished the menu items to force the menu to re-pull them from the database. No luck.
