How manage own users in own group

Hello,
how can I allow to a specific user (for example an Author) to manage its group: add (register) users and view (manage) only its users?
Example:
I’m Editor and I can add e manage all users.
So, there are two Authors: A1 (group A1) and A2 (group A2).
A1 can add users and can view only its users, it can’t view user registerd by A2.
A2 can add users and can view only its users, it can’t view user registerd by A1.Is it possible? Thank you!
