Editing the Mobile Homepage

I’m running mobile BuddyPress v 1.5.2.3, and would like to have some flexibility in what the mobile homepage looks like. I created a new page called “bp-mobile” which is the basic mobile homepage, however I prefer to shift my menu items to the mobile homepage in a vertical menu format (instead of having to click on the menu button in the upper right of the screen). Does anyone have suggestions on how to do this?
