tickboxes in the registration box

Hi, I would like to ask how should I add a couple more of the tick boxes in the registration form, same as ”I agree with the terms and conditions” just with the different agreements.
I would like for those tick boxes to be placed bellow of the I agree with T’s &C’s field.
