Replace Activity Feed with Profile on User Profile

When I am looking at my user profile in Buddypress, I would like to change the position of the activity to second on the tabs list and replace the first position with “Profile”. Here is my page I am referring to http://www.bluconvo.com/members/admin/profile/ I also want Profile to be the main page to open when someone clicks my username. It should be an easy fix for you hacks out there. Thank you in advance.
