BuddyPress Beta Doesn’t Load Members & Blogs

When I go to the members or blogs section of the site, it doesn’t find anything. When I click on a letter, nothing. I checked firebug and it’s giving me 404 OK status for this file.
http://xxxxx.com/wp-content/mu-plugins/bp-core/bp-core-ajax-handler.php
The file is there. How can I fix this?
