404 Error – Email message link redirect

I´m using Kleo Theme, with buddypress to my comunity on http://www.rocknroads.com.br
So when a user sent a message to other, the system sent an e-mail to inform that the user have a new message, so when the user click on the link to see the message that was sent to them, they see an 404 page.How it can be solved.
