ADD YASR Plugin to Activity

Hey there,

is it possible to add a vote of an Member to the activity?
I user this Plugin for voing: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/yet-another-stars-rating/.
There is only a table in the database wich saves data who voted for what and how much.
But i want, that the activity-stream shows the Member who voted, for what he voted and how much.

Can anyone help?
