I never used buddypress but it seems beautiful.

My question is this: I have a template salutation wp + buddypress.

Every user of buddypress can add post that i can see in the homepage or in other categories of the template?
I need some plugin? because i don’t have in the buddypress user menu the possibility to add post that i can see in the homepage or other categories of the site?
