Adding Email functionality in buddypress

    wordpress Version 4.7.3 buddypress Version 2.8.2 link site
    hello all,
    I want to know if there is a functionality in buddypress that if you visit a profile, then the profile will get a notification and an email. I want to build a dating website and I think I need this email sending to let user know who had been visiting their profile.

    There is nothing like that, and to be honest, it wouldn’t be a great idea to send an email to each profile visitor. How could you be sure that the visitor is a site member and not a robot ? And what will happen if a profile is visited 500 times by a same visitor ? Do you send 500 mails to the profile owner ? In brief, it is not simple to handle. And imho, it is not here that you will get the best answer for such a complicated tool…

    well my client wanted it so yeah I’ll let him know it’s not feasible.
