Problems with Edge browser

there is a serious problem with the edge browser and buddy press to upload a photo has anyone figured out a way for this to be fixed.
Can anyone tell when this will be all fixed seems to be a serious problem. I have noticed that it will work if you go inside the CMS and upload your file the upload button will work. However, on the front-end profile it will not.
