storage quota!

I cannot find an option to disable this… but I am getting the message: Unable to upload. You have used the allowed storage quota!
My host has unlimited and sets it at 9999.99 MB and I’m only using a few hundred….
Is there a specific PHP file I need to edit by hand? or is there a settings option I’m just not seeing?
