link broken?

When i click on an activity link to “view activity” from either the activity page or in admin the link will take me to a different page instead of the activity. I have noticed that the pages it chooses is always a page that starts with a “P”.
For example. if I click on a “view activity” link and the url is /activity/P/103 , the link will take me to /perfect-page/103. The page in the website would be /perfect-page/ and the activity link will add the /103 to it.
I have changed the page title it was going to in order to remove the “P” as the first letter in the string, and the activity link will just go to another page starting with a “P”. I don’t want to change every page that starts with a “P” to see if the activity links actually work. Help would be appreciated, I’m sure it’s just a setting somewhere but where?
