Filtering Members Loop by If Member Has Posts

I would like my member directory to display only users that have posts (standard blog posts). I can’t do it by user role (i.e. Author vs. Subscriber) because of the way my site is set up and need another way to filter the Members Loop for this. I read through the codex, but I am still struggling. I’d be so appreciative of anyone willing to point me in the right direction on this!
