Notification When User Vote a Post (Possible With Rating Form?)

Hi,
I want to buy Rating Form. But I want that an author of post can receive a notification when a user votes a post. So, I want to make sure first that it’s possible with Rating Form.
With Rating Form, is it possible that users can receive notifications if a hook has been called (user has voted)? And how to do that? Thanks.
