filter user posts by user ‘xprofile’ custom fields

    Hi
    I am struggling to figure out out how to make a filter for users posts by their profile fields..
    example = Users profile had profile field of ‘school year’ 2017, 2018. The user creates a post. Filter all posts by that profile taxonomy of ‘school year’..so then you can only see posts by people of that school year-this is seperate to categories as they are relevant to another subject being filtered. The confusing part is posts are being loaded but filtered by member profile fields. two separate directory tables?

    Is anyone aware of a plugin that could do this. Or how to have a front end drop down to query from user profile but load posts.
