Problems with “previous entries” link

After installing the new BuddyPress I get this problem:
“Previous entries” links point to http://www.domain./blog/blog/2 instead of http://www.domain.com/blog/2
I can’t say for sure if this problem is caused by BP but seems so.
Can anybody help me with this?
