Buddypress Login Widget

Hi All,
I am using Buddypress login widget on my website sidebar,
currently if there’s no ID or password or incorrect credentials entered the widget will redirect user to wp-login.php. May I Know if there’s a way to avoid this ?Wordpress version = 4.8.2
Buddypress version = 2.9.1
