3 Quick Questions about Groups

Hi! Three questions for anyone:
(1) if I have a BP Group, can I have separate “discussions” (basically forum threads) INSIDE the Group? Not one thread but unlimited threads. The BP.org site says under User Groups: “Powerful public, private or hidden groups allow your users to break the discussion down into specific topics.” This sounds right but want to make sure before I make the move to BP.
(2) And can EACH of these “discussions” or “threads” support robust photo/image submit functions? I’m talking about Browse/Local and external-URL link, both.
(3) Can there be a dedicated Gallery for EACH Group (either at the Group level or at a higher level)?
