Members not showing for ‘Vendor Admin’ roles only

    Hello,

Having some trouble with members not showing for the ‘Vendor Admin’ role. This role is created by the ‘Product Vendors’ WooCommerce plugin. If the plugin is disabled the members are shown. The members are shown for all other roles (Admin, Customer, and Logged Out users). This is not a theme conflict as I tested it with Twenty Seventeen and got the same error. I have also looked at the user capabilities using the AAM user role plugin.

“Sorry, no members were found.” = frustrating
boxtreeclinic.com/members (it will work unless you have the ‘Vendor Admin’ role)

Do not know how to solve this. I have a multi-site install using the Astra theme runnning on a dedicated Bluehost server. PHP 7, latest version of BuddyPress, latest version of woocommerce, and the latest version of wordpress. Does someone know the solution?

    Thank you.

    Richard

This appears to be specific to WooCommerce Product Vendors plugin. WooCommerce support will not help. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

@richardparry do you have BuddyPress and WooCommerce active at the same primary domain or at different subsites?
Members page is not restricted to roles unless you have some custom codes. I have tested with Astra and latest WooCommerce and WooCommerce Vendor plugin, all seems working fine for both vendor admin and vendor manager role.

It might be a site-specific issue, I will suggest checking with your developer.
