Combine Personal and Mention Activity Streams

    Hi guys, I’ve been looking at a few resources that outline the BuddyPress framework but I’m not seeing anything on how to combine Personal and Mention activity streams.

    I have tweaked the Activity stream so that it is only visible between friends or people in the same group and not shared with just anyone. However I’m having some issues figuring out where the filter is applied for the personal stream vs mentions.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction and I can take it from there? I’ll even share lol. I’m pretty sure I need to look in the Activity-Functions but I’m not sure which method, etc.
