“This is a notice to all users” doesn´t work

    Hi,
    the option ” This is a notice to all users. ” doesn´t work.
    No Emails, no messages!

    But Emails and messages are sent to a single user, choosen by name in field “Send To (Username or Friend’s Name)”
    (messages, compose….)

    I need this option, urgent!
    Can anyone help?

    The notice to all members is not an email, it’s a banner that is dispayed once they have logged in. for email options check out the two mass messaging plugins.

    well…I didn´t know. Thanks for this interesting information!
    Can you recommend a good plugin, that can send Emails to all users (and…would be good, to be able to send .pdf-attachements too?
    I´ve tried Plugin “bp-better-messages”, which seems cool at first sight (with the attachments and smileys and so on)
    But it´s not possible, to send Messages via Email at home….
    …well…

    There’s two plugins Mass Messaging for BuddyPress is one, they both work slightly differently so I’d recommend you look at both.
