Change Name of Group & Friends

I’d like to change the title of a couple of things in BuddyPress:
Change “Friends” to “Neighbors”
Change “Groups” to “My Conversations”
Change “Activity” to “My Activity”I’d also like to add “Events”
How would I do this?
