BuddyPress Follow Plugin Notifications

    Kindly help me to figure it out.

    When Author post a new post or new article in his profile, his followers are not getting the notifications like in BuddyPress Friends.

    I want that user who follow the member should get notification of that members new post or new product published. Notification is required BuddyPress site where the user is following you notification shown already, not in WordPress admin menu

    I think the first step for this would be to ask the Followers plugin developers to add this as a feature to their plugin.
