site profile has no breadcrumbs

I’m using wordpress 4.9.6, buddypress Nouveau 3.1.0 and wpforo 1.4.13 on Oceanwp Theme version 1.5.16 for my site and forum for http://www.copdhelpgroup.com. On testing I found when going to members to look at their profile there is an option for site profile to request friendship but No Breadcrumb field to get back to forums and links to Forum etc. under profile picture doesn’t work either. Hopefully you are able to correct this soon.
