Please let me know whether BuddyPress can be customized in such a way, that it’s able to deliver the following:
What I am looking for is a simple tool to allow for incoming questions into a central point, then the question gets allocated to respective Mentors.

How it would work is as follows:
Mentee registers on the app, using his/her mobile number,
When the Mentee sends in a mentoring related question, they can select a topic/category (Career, Studies, Finance, Personal, Religion, Other)
When Mentors register, they select a specific category they would like to offer mentoring in, so that when a mentoring question comes in, it get allocated to a specific Mentor.

A similar app is “UNIBLY” – however it is too advanced and has functionalities that I do not need, such as matching, chats, tasks & posting.
I don’t want the mentees and mentors to have conversations that might lead to people agreeing to meet, e.g. young girl ends up developing personal relationship with older Mentor.
