Has anyone gotten forums and buddypress to work together?

Howdy – I see the forums work here at buddypress, and I was trying to get them to work on my site –
I’m running:
wpmu 2.65
bbPress 1.04 alpha
and the current combo download –
Do you have a site with the forums working, and if so what did you do to make it happen?
