What template page used when user links on email link to an update?

This is probably a really dumb question, but I’m having difficulty finding why the page looks different from the normal Profile page when loaded:
What template page is used when a member clicks on their email to link to an update (email says: “To view your original update and all comments, log in and visit: [website]/community-activity/p/688/)?
When you click on the link, it takes you to [website]/members/[that member]/activity/688. The page formating is not the same as my other pages and I’m having difficulty finding it.
