How to highlight members in the members loop if they admin a blog on the network?

trying to highlight members in the members loop listings with a label saying they have a blog. any ideas on how to do this…
I’m trying to use is_user_member_of_blog(), get_admin_users_for_domain(), get_active_blog_for_user(), get_blogs_of_user, functions and I’m able to get the label to display but every member displays a label even if they don’t have a blog. So I’m trying to see if I can show the label only if the user is an admin of their primary_blog.
any ideas
