Lost or Broken small images in “Activity” section

    Hi everyone! I need yours help.

    I have had noticed that I lost (or broken) small images in “Activity” section before 2 updates.
    where is my icons?

    At the moment I have the latest ver. I cleared cache but it not help. I really don’t know what it could be..

    Could anyone help me?
