Homepage working no other links work

Can some one tell me whats wrong with my website 29hightalks.com if you go to it the home page works. But if you click any link it says page not found. why is it doing this.

same happened to me and I solved it out by copying the members directory from the wpmu-plugins to the wpmu main directory.

I dont see any members directory in /wp-content/mu-plugins

The install docs tell us that we need to follow the directions in:

/mu-plugins/buddypress-theme/readme.txt

to get the themes in the right spots.
