redirecting the member profile url to the admin dashboard

wordpress version> 5.2
BuddyPress version> 4.3.0

When I try to enter my profile or settings it redirects me to the administration panel, this happens in all buddypress pages exept https://www.souvenirs.jukumariadvice.com/members/

Sounds like you have some custom code or another plugin that is doing that redirect.
It is not standard BP behavior.
But if you are an admin and in wp-admin, it will take you to your profile in wp-admin, so test the issue as a subscriber and from the front end.
