how can I move three items from admin bar to side bar widget

okay guys I want to move three items: user activity link and few others from bp user bar from top menu into a widget and place them into a widget. how can I do that?

Are you trying to build your own widget or add them as menu links? Ideally you shouldn’t remove things from the admin bar as that’s a control panel really for users but this link should provide a starting point for you:
