How to resolve this image issues

    My site automatically remove image or it just show image icon after some time, i have to visit the wp dashboard and update the image, is it happening only with me or any one else also feeling so

    I am Using autoptimize plugin in which i am using lazy load image option, that is loading my some images only. some time all the images are loaded some time only few are loaded help me with this site
