Hi,

I have a massive community with over 300 groups.
There is one group with 1,000s of posts and around 7k images.

I would like to be able to archive the posts / remove them after ‘x’ amount of days and store them offsite if required.

Is this possible?
How are others managing groups that get this big?

This approach does not archive, but it can reduce the number of items retrieved in the activity stream:

Thanks both – Its the sheer volume off posts and photos. I’m wondering how most sites are coping without an archiving feature or way of saying after 60 days remove posts?
