How to put javascript at the bottom

In my yslow, I have 22 javascripts that need to be put in the bottom, How do I do it without messing up my site? What page do I put js at the bottom?

The proper way is to use enqueue and you can specify location using that: https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/wp_enqueue_script

Thanks @karmatosed for the direction. Now, with the code below, where would i put the javascript code? Would I only use the ,$ in_footer and put the javascript code somewhere? Could You show me an example?
