Extending a specific group so users can ’create’ eg. an advert, event etc. in that group

I’m trying to expand groups so that users can create additional content within that group for example http://social.ruandeyzel.co.za/groups/events/
1. There are 3 main groups I want extended, namely, Events, Jobs and Classifieds. I want the user to be able to ‘create’ an event like where you can ‘create’ a group under groups. So it will basically have additional options for a user to type in an event name, discription etc.
2. Have the same layout like what the list of forum topics http://social.ruandeyzel.co.za/forums/ has.
Some coding tips and direction would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!
