Can’t edit any user in buddypress

I can’t edit any user in my site. Whenever I click on edit profile, it says “503 Service Unavailable”.
Even my users also can’t access to profile.php.
I am facing problems in two pages of buddypress. One is profile.php and another one is user-edit.php.
