It’s probably due to an outdated template override in your theme. In 7.0+ we’ve fixed a duplicated ID issue that required some template pack files to be updated. I am also having this problem since updating to 7.0 but I have not got a custom activity/comment-form.php
Any other reasons this would be happening
Is there a way to debug the error?

@beenfishinglately getting the same error for all activities for just random one, you can also test using 2021 theme to make sure current active theme is not creating an issue.
Any solution to not being able to comment?
