Plugin is affecting to the default directory

Hi guys!
I have a plugin who is affecting to the default directory. And the problem is that I created a different target directories using the default directory template, members/bps-form-home.
What should I do? Should I create another directory template? Can I duplicate the default directory template and change the code? do you know what lines do I need to change? I have not clue about this…
