profile/change-avatar/ disturb another pages

Hi,
My site is in WP buddypress, it runs OK for several months when I upload the photos,
but it doesn’t work for several days, not only I cannot upload the photos,but also this page
https://mysite.com/members/john/profile/change-avatar/
disturb another pages, when I want to change another page, this (change-avatar) page stay here, and I cannot change another page.
So how can I do ?
