Lost all profiles data

Hi,
I set up my site using WP Buddypress for one year,
recently I found all the user’s profile details were disappeared, the new users profile couls be stocked for 1-2 days, than disappeared also.
Can I retrieve the profiles détails ?
and how I can solve this problem ?
I wish some one can help me, thank you so much !
