“My Profile” and all sub-headers not working.

Hello All,

I hope all is good with you.

As the title suggest the “My Profile” section does not work.

When I check in the Menu settings the URL is set to “#”.

Does anyone know how to rectify this?

Not sure what you mean by “menu settings”. Can you clarify please?

I accessed that through Appearance > Menus

Those menus aren’t provided by BuddyPress, so it won’t work. Are you using the https://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/buddypress-profile-menu/ plugin, by chance?

Hello Paul,

indeed!

The whole menu system was missing from the “Menu” page, I deleted the folder from the plugin folder on the server and reinstalled it, eh voila!

It is now fully functional.

It was updated 6 days ago, perhaps that provided the problem.
