Turn off the friends-only recipient autocomplete in messages

    Hi everyone!
    There is a option to disable the friends-only autocomplete when I want to send a message to someone who is not my friend?
    The autocomplete dropdown value does not appears without friend connection, but I would like to open messages for everyone.

    This is possible? Im open to modify core files or etc, but I couldnt find the solution yet.

    /edit: when I try to send message (to someone who is not my friend) I fill the recipient field with a correct full name, but I cannot send it (because wp said “recipient field is empty”)/

    bp version: 11.0.0
    wp version: 6.1.1
